Ready to Run Your Life? I've compiled answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about my upcoming 5K program. If you don't see your question addressed below, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Question 1: I'm a complete beginner. Can I really do this?

Absolutely! My 5K plan is designed to guide you from your very first steps to confidently completing a 5K. We start with a mix of walking and running, gradually building your endurance and strength. Plus, you'll have access to a supportive community and expert guidance to cheer you on every step of the way.

Question 2: How much time do I need to commit to this plan?

I understand you're busy! That's why 5K: Strength & Stride is designed to fit seamlessly into your life. You'll only need to dedicate 2-3 hours per week to training. I'll help you make the most of every minute!

Question 3: What's included in the program?

You'll receive a progressive running schedule, strength training workouts (with options for home or gym), yoga and mobility flows, a personalised meal plan, weekly check-ins for support, access to our amazing community, and the Real PT app to track your progress and stay accountable. It's everything you need to succeed!

Question 4: When does the plan start and how much does it cost?

5K: Strength & Stride kicks off on Monday, January 13th. The investment for this transformative program is £240. This can be paid by 2 monthly instalments of £120.
